Born in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, Dr. Jeremy D. Adams always knew that he wanted to give back to the population of the Southern United States. He is overwhelmingly happy to call the Houston metropolitan area home. Advocating for pediatric oral hygiene care with his wife, Dr. Jeremy’s main goal is to treat every family he meets with compassion and dignity, all while providing quality work ethic. Intrigued about science, Dr. Jeremy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology at Mississippi State University. He then moved to Washington, D.C. and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry. Following, he was transported to Columbus, Ohio to pursue advanced training in general dentistry at The Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center. With an amusing personality while interacting with hundreds of children from mission trips to community service events, Dr. Jeremy knew that his best fit in dentistry was within the specialty of pediatrics with a considerable emphasis on the special-needs population. Always conquering his goals, he successfully completed his pediatric dentistry residency at New York University (NYU) Langone Hospitals. Dr. Jeremy was meticulously trained to treat patients from infancy through early adolescence. Whether patients require treatment with non-pharmacological behavioral management, moderate conscious sedation, in-office IV general anesthesia, or IV general anesthesia at Texas Children’s Hospital, he will get the job done. Pediatric dentistry is #1 to him because he gets to have fun at work every day just by interacting and establishing positive rapports with families. Transparency is his number one philosophy with patients and parents. Whenever Dr. Jeremy has a moment to spare outside of the office, he enjoys singing karaoke, keeping up with current events, eating fresh seafood among the North Caribbean islands, enjoying local bands, and spending time with his wife, Dr. Claudette, and son, Jeremy, Jr. Kingwood Pediatric Dentistry is ecstatic to welcome Dr. Jeremy D. Adams to the Kingwood community!
